Credential to Career Coaching (C2C) is a free 15-month program that provides one-on-one coaching, stipend funds, and technology to help you start or change your career.
Credential to Career (C2C) is a free program offered to anyone who is unemployed or under-employed in the Greater Brockton region. In the program, you will:

Identify a career that aligns with your skills and interests and pays enough to support your family

Figure out what training or education you need for your chosen career

Discuss budgeting and financial planning

Create a step-by-step plan to help you achieve your goals
C2C includes 3 months of individual coaching sessions, group support, up to $500 in stipends, access to technology, plus 12 months of follow-up support. During the program, you will create a detailed, personal plan to achieve your goals!
C2C is also collaborating with Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital to connect you to jobs in the hospital network if you are interested!
To be eligible for C2C, you must:

Earn less than $50,000 per year (flexible requirement depending on your household size)

Have legal work authorization in the U.S. (or be in the process of obtaining it)
