Office and Programs Assistant
We are seeking a full time Office and Programs Assistant to support our Executive Director and Director of Programs.
The position is responsible for drafting correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, assisting with the creation of content, materials and publications for use in One Family’s communications (e-mail, social media and print), and handling research and special projects as needed.

To ensure equitable access to quality jobs and to promote long-term financial stability, One Family created a new initiative, Credential to Career coaching (C2C). Working with One Family’s Director of Programs and our site-based community partners, the Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and launching this program, as well as facilitating workshops, trainings, and providing one on one coaching to participants. The ideal candidate will be a creative social entrepreneur and self-starter who is organized and can work effectively in a fluid “start-up” environment. Furthermore, (s)he must be solution-oriented, positive, and must be able to demonstrate both keen judgment and empathy.
